Vintage garment sizes may differ from modern ones depending on the brand, production period, and original fit. For this reason, we indicate the actual measurements of the garment in centimeters on each product page.
HOW WE TAKE MEASUREMENTS
We measure each item by laying it flat on a surface, without stretching the fabric.
• Chest: armpit to armpit.
• Shoulders: from one shoulder seam to the other.
• Length: from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom edge.
• Sleeve: from the shoulder seam to the cuff.
• Waist: from one end of the waistband to the other, measured flat.
• Rise: from the top of the waistband to the crotch seam.
• Inseam: from the crotch seam to the hem.
• Total Length: from the top of the waistband to the hem.
HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT GARMENT
Take a garment that fits you well, lay it flat, and compare its measurements with those indicated on our product page.
Consider a possible difference of 1–2 cm due to the measurement method. Do not rely solely on the size on the label, as vintage fits may differ from current ones.
SIZE AND FIT
When necessary, we indicate both the original size on the label and the estimated fit. If a garment fits smaller, larger, slim, or oversized, we specify it in the description.
