We individually select and check each item before publishing it. Brands, labels, and available details are carefully verified. We do not knowingly offer counterfeit items.
IN WHAT CONDITION ARE THE ITEMS?
We mainly sell selected vintage and second-hand clothing. Each item is checked and its condition is transparently described on the product page. Any signs of age, defects, or unique characteristics are indicated and photographed.
ARE THE PRODUCTS AVAILABLE IN MULTIPLE QUANTITIES?
Generally no. Most of our items are available in only one piece. When an item is sold, it may not become available again.
HOW ARE THEY PREPARED BEFORE SHIPPING?
Each garment is prepared respecting the material: cleaned and sanitized, and when the fabric allows, also washed and delicately scented.
HOW CAN I CHOOSE THE CORRECT SIZE?
Don't rely solely on the size indicated on the label. Compare the measurements provided on the product page with those of a garment you already own. You can also consult our Vintage Size Guide.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship from Italy to Italy and to European countries available at checkout. Costs and delivery methods are shown before payment.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We normally prepare orders within 24 business hours. Delivery times depend on the destination and the chosen shipping service.
CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
Yes. When the order is entrusted to the courier, you will receive the tracking code at the email address used during the purchase.
CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
You can request a return by following the conditions indicated on the Returns and Refunds page. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, without being used or altered.
